Which fields are required for article references in EndNote?

Important instructions:

Capitalise the first word in the article title and for a two-part article title also capitalise the first word of the second part. Proper nouns in the title require the first letter to be capitalised e.g. Sustainable growth and ethics: A study of business ethics in Vietnam between business students and working adults.
Capitalise the first letter of each word of the Journal, Magazine or Newspaper's title e.g. Tourism and Hospitality Management.
The Date field is for magazine articles, enter the month (e.g. January) or month and date (e.g. March 15) if provided.
The Issue Date field is for newspaper articles, enter the month an date (e.g. March 15).
